On a beautiful Thursday at noon, we began our first event of the summer season. Our annual Chili Cookoff pitted our staff to contest who could make the tastiest chili. It should be no shock that our esteemed Chef Ash took home the prize this year. Our co-founder Jill noted that there is a pattern emerging of Chop Shop staff winning the top nod and over time, this can not be disputed. We can honestly say that this years contestants raised the bar for not only tasty but creative chili recipes. Miss Lisa’s concoction had alpaca meat while Miss Katie had moose meat. It was a fun and eventful Thursday and we look forward to Watermelon Fest today!
